I think I remember that being incorporated into the last one. You don't send them out but it happens automatically. If you have a guy on the bench with fitness of 100% by the end of the 90 it'll be at 98/97% on account of them "warming up"

I like the option to choose your assistant manager's team talk during the games, although I tend to disagree with him.

pre game and half time team talks are the fucking worst.
had far far far far too much influence on the game, and 9.8/10 times they caused youre team to lose.
worst feature hands down.

I like them.
I hardly ever use the more serious ones "expect a win...", when you use them sparingly, they tend to work better.

Depends how you use it I guess, but I don't think I'd ever blamed my team talk on losing a game. Although it's been clear in the past when it's helped me win.

International set up is good. I woulda kinda like to see the ability to tempt second nationality players into your setup but it's still imrpved. You can send your coaches to scout players for your squad and you can tell players they need first team football if they wanna get into yer squad.

Not bad at all.

Andy Watson just came up to me and pointed out there will be a number of players in the current Scotland set up playing in the Celtic v Caley Thistle match and that I should attend

Brian Graham is beast in this game. Just had him score 4 in a friendly against Plymouth. Shame my defence is pretty pish for whatever reason.
