| Re: Potential World-Beaters - Football Manager 2008 You know what's easier? Searching the database for the kids with the best potential.
Well, someone did (wasn't me, actually) and I'm reluctant to post them all, so will post some I have found/bought and attach a regular .txt file with them enclosed for those of you who fancy an under-21 team that could whip Wenger's ass.
[I talk about these guys with three seasons of first team football behind 'em.] Banega - Boca (Dear Christ he turns into a player with better stats than Fabregas. He's defined as a DMC, but if you play him in games I'd be more inclined to compare him to Pirlo of Milan as a deep-lying playmaker.) Lulinha - Corinthians (This guy is an AMC. If you buy him, and you really should, then you have to wait one year till he's 18-years old before he comes to you (assuming you're EPL/SPL/a country that needs a WP. Think Kaka with better finishing, and by better finishing think HOLY FUCK.)
Enjoy the text file, people.
[From what I understand -10 means they'll end up a player with potential and ability of more than 185/200, and -9 is 170+/200. Below those it's kids with the highest potential in the game that generally comes to fruition.] |

| Re: Potential World-Beaters - Football Manager 2008 I've bought Kerlon and James McCarthy, and after half a season with Kerlon and a season with McCarthy, they're already pushing for first team places.
Bear in mind Kerlons only 18 and McCarthy is 16! |

| Re: Potential World-Beaters - Football Manager 2008 I thought this said 'Potential Wife-Beaters', would have been a much funnier thread, I reckon. |
