Coach/Scout report glass ceiling
I've never saw this before but it's a bit weird. I'm San Marino in Serie C2/B and no matter what player(s) I scout the best they can ever be is a "leading star" for a Serie C2 side. I got guys who are, at least, good enough for Serie B but my coaches still only say leading C2 and I've even scouted guys like Ronaldinho to double check and it still says leading C2.

Any ideas?

Nah. Both have over 9/15 and 14/16 for ability/potential each

also doesn't explain the coach reports (I actually got Bonomi as my youth coach after he got sacked from Juventus)

one goal away last year

top of the league in january this time around

every single member of my squad is a "leading c2" player but i don't know how many will do well next year too (well i do but not thanks to my coaches)
