Some of the blue square premier teams would be good to go.
That league's really got it's act together this year.
Trying to think what teams will give you a good game in this years Football Manager and who yer looking forward to trying out
Real Madrid: Could be fun trying to get all those quality players in the same team. Selling off guys like Huntelaar and co. will bring in plenty of pennies as well
Man City: That team and they will surely still have £50,000,000+ still to spend.
Burnley: Tiny squad so will be space to bring in new players and try and keep them up
Newcastle: Assuming they still have a few bob to spend could be another great game to get them promoted
Middlesborough: Good crop of young players there who could be kept together to get promotion and beyond
Leeds/Southampton/Charlton/Norwich: Always fun trying to bring back fallen giants
Notts County: Squad they have already should be good enough to win League 2. I'm assuming there is cash to splash as well.
AFC Wimbledon: Just coz
Luton Town: See Newcastle United (only on a smaller scale)
Chester City: Starting off on -25 and no money. Could be a beezer of a game trying to keep them up
Celtic: Knocked a good bit of the wage bill, a younger squad, space to manouevre and trying to get in the Champions League
Rangers: Settled squad and, seeing as no money has been spent, can bring a few player in as well as trying to get those youth players into the first team
Hibs: Probably the best bet if you're wanting to take one of the also rans to league champions
Hamilton Accies: Money to spend and a fairly settled spine of the squad. Will be interesting to see if their new signings are any good in this game
Dundee: Signed some great players and should still have money in the bank
Morton: Same as Rangers. Assuming Jim McAllister, Brian Graham and Dom Shimmin's stats go up, as they deserve to, a couple of signings could be the gateway to promotion and more
Livingston: Too big for the 3rd division, maybe, the squad's good enough to win it but surely no money to spend
Greenock Juniors: I'm gonna use the competition editor to create a pyramid system in Scotland and put the Juniors in so I can see if I can get them into Europe. Probably a 10 season+ game. Any junior/highland league/etc. side in Scotland could be fun.

Do it or don't. I've got places to be.
Chelsea: Great squad. Can't sign anyone for two years but. Assuming you can still put bids in and they'll all turn up at yours club in January 2011 just spending all that cash on great 17/18/19 yr olds who'll go straight into yer first team to take the places of the aging guys
Any Oceanic League Team: I'm so gonna get the Fiji, Tahiti, New Zealand, etc. league goin' to win the OFC Champions League
Alright. Still getting excited by this. Was looking through The Dugout and thinking about the San Marino challenge (Go the manager of San Marino Calcio in Serie C2 an San Marino national team and win the Champions League with Calcio and the World Cup with San Marino). See also the "Andorra Challenge" in the Spanish League
With the new data editor this could be even more fun by putting in the San Marinese league.
Personally? I'm thinking about putting the Jersey league in and doing the "Jersey challenge" is possible seeing as I got offered the chance to play in it (by the team currently top of the league down there as well)
