| Re: The Official Rangers Thread Aye, cause he'll want 10/11k a week. He won't accept a new 5 year deal on 3k.
Plus, he's a bombscare. Whittaker is better, so broadfoot can leave for a small fee.

| Re: The Official Rangers Thread Broadfoot has the one of the best attitudes of any player in Scotland. He'll never be POTY material but he never complains and that's saying something given how often he's played out of position when he's given a game at all , just gets on with it and works hard to improve what he can. I wonder if it's his mate at Murray Park that told him they were holding out for £10m for Cuellar...

| Re: The Official Rangers Thread Yeah big Broadfoot has been a pretty consistent player....doesnt moan like a fanny when hes played out of position or not played and he tries hard....unlike some of the, ahem, 'players' (loosest terminology possible).
He aint the best but by no means is he the worst. Keep him!!!!!! |

| Re: The Official Rangers Thread I would have though he would be the obvious choice for CB when Weir finally goes to a nursing home at the end of the year.
but hey If you dont want him we'd have him back at St Mirren

| Re: The Official Rangers Thread He had a period from the start of the season till like I dunno just after his first cap where he was bombing forward and getting into some really good areas(set up a few goals for kenny miller the one at hibs was a neat back heel) and showing off some flair and skill. It seems he hasnt had do much width to his game this year.

And on another note. I am pretty confident we will win the league.

| Re: The Official Rangers Thread No way. St Mirren will be lucky to get £1m for him. And thats at the most.
Telling yi, Broadfoot back to youse and we'll get Dorman.
10 years ago we were signing players like Numan, Mols, Giovanni van Bronckhorst, Reyna, De Boer. Now we are trying to sign players like Andy Dorman and signing players like Andy Webster, Christian Dailly, Alan Gow and etc.
Depressing.
I'd happily take Hutton back for next season but too doubtful.

You forget St. Mirren are currently £4m in the black, so we really don't need the money, I can see us turning down anything less than 2, so aye as for this offer of £700,000 yous will get told ta ejam it up yer arse.
Same goes with Westy daft idea about Dorman for Clubfoot, we allready have a MUCH MUCH better right back in Jack Ross and a no bad central defense
So aye youse can get tae fuck. Quote:
