That must be quite a lot off the wage bill if Ferguson goes. Ferguson will be top earner and Hemdani won't be far behind. I'd imagine Adam (cos he got a new deal) and Dailly would be on decent money as well.

I think we've got the makings of a decent team but we relied too much last year on certain players never getting injured.

Adam's new deal brought him into the wage bracket of a first team player, instead of a "promising youngster" but i'd imagine it was still fairly low, infact I'd go as far as to say it was one of the lowest of the first team.

Was that KT as Captain stuff legit?

Still quite a large squad. Get shot of Ferguson, Gow, McCulloch (will never happen) and Velicka. And bring in one quality player, i'd be happy.

KT hasn't been announced as captain yet. I think they want to make sure he is fit before announcing it.

I'd go along with most of that, you'd have to keep Novo though - it makes no sense to get rid of the guy. Naismith is at the last-chance saloon i reckon. Weir for one more season and i'd keep Broadfoot as well. There's no depth after that though.

Everyone bar davie weir in that loist would be walter first choice to be sold.



Plus with Jordan MacMillan and Danny wilson on the bench next season it would be a decent squad. Still need a quality player or two to freshen it up a bit. Mind, if we just played the way we did last game of the season, we'd romp the league.

There's the makings of a good team there. You've got Bougherra, Whittaker (finally beginning to justify the fee), Mendes, Edu, Thomson, Davis, Boyd, Lafferty and Miller. Just need to fill in the spaces.
