| Celtic v Benfica
'Does it look like I'm talking into a bunch of robot penises from down there?'
Live on ITV. Celtic v Benfica (Kick-off 7.45pm). Andy Walker introduces coverage of this evening's Group D encounter at Celtic Park, the Bhoys' penultimate home fixture and one crucial to their last-16 aspirations. Gordon Strachan's men progressed through to the knockout stages at the expense of the Portuguese outfit last season, with a 3-0 win in this fixture proving to be decisive, and another win here could have a similar effect. Quote:
Celtic midfielder Shunsuke Nakamura will almost certainly miss the Champions League tie with Benfica.
The Japan star has missed the last two matches with a knee injury and manager Gordon Strachan rates his chances of making the kick-off as "not great."
Massimo Donati is pressing for a return to the midfield after sitting out the win at Kilmarnock on Saturday.
Benfica welcome back striker Nuno Gomes, who missed the Lisbon clash between the sides through injury.
| The non-polished PR version? It's probably safe to say that unless Celtic win tonight they'll be out of European football for the season, so it's a must win. |

| Re: Celtic v Benfica I think our lads will be hurtin' after Lisbon, we'll win tonight. Big Mick's making all the right noises about the team, even Jarosik seems to want to get stuck in.
3-1 tonight. |

| Re: Celtic v Benfica I think Celtic will win but it will probably be tight again, maybe a 1-0 or a 2-1. Their home record in the CL is fantastic and Benfica are probably the weakest team in the group. Lose tonight and Celtic are probably out of Europe all together. |
