Or do you think he will be just another sell out? It is only Birmingham. Hardly a glamorous club.
Sadly - football appears to be full of sell outs

| Re: Birmingham approach SFA for McLeish Twenty minutes ago Birmingham refused to comment on the speculation that they're making an official approach for McLeish.
If McLeish does leave the Scotland job for Birmingham then he's the biggest idiot since the McCann parents, and God knows what he'd archive in the Championship next season. |

Brum are in the middle of a take over and the prospective buyer refused to meet with Steve Bruce to discuss a new contract - Which could explain why he left.

Sadly - football appears to be full of sell outs | It's depressing that another Scot can walk away from the national team. At least Walter Smith went for a big job. Eck should either stick with Scotland, or at least wait for a decent club to come knocking.
Looks like he'll be taking the paycheque instead though. |

| Re: Birmingham approach SFA for McLeish I just thought McLeish would have no interest in a job at Birmingham.
Hopefully I am right and the money Birmingham can offer is less attractive than the prestige of the Scotland job.

[You may notice a slight hint of Villa bias]

| Re: Birmingham approach SFA for McLeish I think McLeish is missing the day to day part of being a manager. Still think he should stay tho'. He's achieved nothing if he doesn't.
