90:00 Booking: Gael Clichy (Arsenal) booked for unsporting behaviour.
| Booking after full time, and rightly so. Get fucking in about them my son. Dirty Brum arseholes.
How can they expect the Arsenal players to continue on after witnessing that assault on one of their friends that could perhaps result in him never being the same player again?

Yes, the result of the tackle wasn't nice but there was no intent to go out and hurt him.
Unfortunate. |

Unfortunate. | If you did that messing about in the park playing with people on a Saturday afternoon you'd be in court.
It's the fact that they continued the game after that horror show when the players were clearly upset that their mate had just perhaps had his career as he knows it ended. |

It was an unfortunate tackle. I've seen worse tackles at 5-a-side. |

Wasn't aware it was a regional dialect. Quote:

Playing five-a-side you've seen guys getting hit with career-ending challenges? Bully for you. | It wasn't that bad a tackle. It was just unfortunate that contact was made. If you have not seen worse tackles, regardless of the outcome, that todays one then you clearly don't watch a lot of football.
All in all its a shame for Eduardo and lets hope he can make a full and speedy recovery. Quote:

The striker's leg clean snaps at a right angle; no wonder Fabregas was holding his head in his hands the minute he saw it. It's going to be an ethical dilemma for sports editors across the country, this picture. | Taylor doesn't even seem to be looking at where his foot his going. It rules out a malicious tackle, but that's just horrible. You don't go in that high without doing damage to someone.

I hope the FA slap a nice big ban on him as a deterrent and example. Quote: | 1516: Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger describes Martin Taylor's tackle on Eduardo as "horrendous". West ham sneak a 1-0 win - Fulham raging about the winning goal - to such an extent one of their players is red carded for his protests |
