| Re: Summer 08 Transfer and Rumours Thread Arsenal preparing to make a bid for Marseille's Samir Nasri. Billiant wee player, been watching Marseille a lot this season, think he might take a while to settle into english football but.

As for Davies replacing Smith? That's wishful thinking, but I can't see it! |

It's a pipe dream tho. Walter smith spending £15m on players in 18 months then getting up and leaving stretches belief.

| Re: Summer 08 Transfer and Rumours Thread I can't really see Walter leaving anyways, just thought i'd ask.
He's had an amazing season, even if it's only gonna leave us with two trophies. Given some actual transfer money and some quality players in next season, and the league will be 'closer' (if that's possible) than this season.

| Re: Summer 08 Transfer and Rumours Thread Walter won't leave hopefully, look at the progress we've made this season. Give him some of the Hutton/Euro cash and we'll walk the league next year, it would be crazy for him to go. |
