Strachan also has purchased some stonking players like Scott McDonald, Boruc, etc.

So bit mixed really.

You ask most Rangers supporters now and they're delighted that they missed out on Brown. I think he's been a complete waste of money

Right enough with McDonald and Boruc but i was referring more to the big-money transfers.

Strachan has had more hits than misses in my opinion.
The problem is the press have often been far out with their predictions of how much his players cost. For example Zurawski's been quoted to have cost 2-3Million, however Strachan himself has said that he bought both Zurawski and Nakamura for less than 2Million (collectively)

I've always liked big Jan, he ambles about like a fool a lot of the time but his goalscoring record speaks for itself.

Motherwell boards are buzzing (well as much as Motherwell boards can) about McGhee to Hearts, alot of people saying it's a done deal.

I doubt it as I'm still sure he's going to Celtic.

I can take losing a manager or players to the old firm but going to Hearts is gutting.

especially with a wanker like romanov as his boss
