As far as I understand, negotiations are taking place for McGhee to move to hearts in an attempt to "rescue" them.
McGhee going to Hearts seems a bit far fetched but McGhee leaving could pave the way for Paul Lamberts' return...

Surely it would be better staying at Well or waiting for the Celtic job to come up. Hearts seems shite and he'd probably be out of a job within 6 months.
Hearts would be an attractive prospect if he was given assurances that he had the complete control..

Aye,but he'll never get that. A couple of bad results and Romanov will be picking the team.
