Todays "utter bastard" award goes to Celtic FC Ticket Office. Today was "relocation day", and everyone wanting to change seats was advised to be at the ticket office counter for 9am.
Being off sick, I bribe the mother to head down.only to find jammed telephone lines and a queue that didn't move in three hours..... RAGE. | |
