Do Rangers have some deal like Man U and Real Madrid do that the captiain is the clubs highest earner?

Seyfo Soley on trial at Fir Park. Gambian captain was offered a new contarct at Preston but knocked it back. Which is strange cos they can definitely offer more than we can. Strange that they're wanting to keep him but are not overly arsed if he doesn't stay.
Him at Fir Park could be a sign that Kennedy is off to Norwich (i'd rather have Kennedy even if it is just on loan).
