2 good seasons.. the le guen season actually happened, regardless of what some people hope.
And yes, we rate mcgregor highly, why? Because he is a good player, and when the english teams throw around 6/10mil about like its nothing, we should hold out for a high transfer fee if he were to go.

We got a good season's service, have bought some cover and are going to sell him on for a very healthy profit. It's crap to lose him but at least we did it whilst we have time to spend the money and his stock is obviously still high. | |

It lowers the quality of player at your team, lowers the quality of football on show for your season book money, and lowers the clubs aim for success.
How does selling your best players help you, the fan?
My prediction - support will be baying for Murrays blood, he'll make a signing to appease the fans - £4million max. The rest of the cash will be pocketed my Murray to clear the hidden debt in an attempt to make Rangers look slightly more saleable. | |

Remember Boumsong? Regardless of his ability, the fact is that we sold him and then used the money to buy back Barry Ferguson and get Buffel. I don't think we would've won the league that season if we'd kept Boumsong and not bought those players.
If we sell Cuellar, the new signings bed in well and we got 2 players in that would be quality and strengthen the team then i think it's a good move. It's a fact of life as well that Rangers have a debt that has to be serviced - we can't just say no to offers like that. In the last year we've taken £17m from selling defenders - if you ask me that's amazing business. | |
