| Re: European Cups: Quarter Finals - Second Leg. Er.......
It happened at CP aswell, unfortunatly mate.
It was an absolutely terrible act, but I like to think we've come a long way since then.
As, I've said, this has 0 to do with Rangers or last nights incident however, and only serves to shy away from the real present point I made about the banner. |

| Re: European Cups: Quarter Finals - Second Leg. Fair enough, my point being that Dash has some memory considering he was probably about 2 at the time. I've sat at CP and heard Bobo Balde getting monkey chants aimed at him from Rangers fans, Graeme Spiers wrote about it too - two wrongs don't make a right but before crying Celtic fans racist it's worth remembering that Rangers are the biggest NAZI club in the world. That last line may have been for a laugh |

That said, I was 8 years old, so chances are that some confusion's crept in. |

Aye so just because I was young when it happened means I can't watch footage or listen to what happened from People who were actually there? First hand information? Well thanks for informing me of that Zippy, just thought I'd bring it up because there's probably a few people who post here that weren't as young as me who know what I'm talking about.
It happened at Parkhead aswell Zippy, some memory you've got eh ?
Everything is alright when Celtic are winning but as soon as you get shown up and Rangers have some success you all come out in your droves and complain about EVERYTHING and ANYTHING and spit the dummy and start yer Paranoid shite about Ref's & the media etc! Always have and always will as long as I've been alive and I don't expect that to change.

That said, I was 8 years old, so chances are that some confusion's crept in. | I'm sure Tommy Burns made a comment about it being the only time he'd ever been embarrassed by the Celtic fans |

| Re: European Cups: Quarter Finals - Second Leg. Big awesomous whatever the fuck his name is, he's clearly just trying to attempt to push that time he got banned for beig racist behind him. Honestly he's trying to be some sort of good Samaritan, but looks like a fanny doing it.
Well in tho, at least he's kind of being decent for once.

| Re: European Cups: Quarter Finals - Second Leg. The Nakamura banner is more foolish than racist. Japanese people don't eat dog. However there's a lot of Celtic boys I know crying foul over this when they sing "He eats chow mein and supports Sinn Fein.", see what I'm getting at? Much ado about nothing I reckon.
I wasn't bothered if Rangers got through the other night; go out and it's a bonus, get through and the fixtures pile up. From here on in I hope they get papped out mind you. There should be no extension to the season and it's up to us now to crank up the heat. |

| Re: European Cups: Quarter Finals - Second Leg. Dear mother of God I can't believe I just read through this thread 'cos I was wondering how you'd all got to Mark Walters from Sporting v Rangers. I shouldn't have even had a second thought, it's AltNation. What a frickin' car-crash though, well in.
Decent performance, great solo goal by Whittaker and fantastic result. |

| Re: European Cups: Quarter Finals - Second Leg. Tis, the worst rangers team in 20 years still in contention for an improbable quadruple in april, is not bad.

Surely the attitude that says "aye, all them away in the east with their slitty eyes, they're aw the same" is as bad, if not worse, than a racist attack that's got its sense of geography correct?

I'd go for the latter. Quote:

Chow Mein's chinese. | Exactly. Just goes to show that colour, creed or religion doesn't define an idiot. Fir Park is full of them at home games. |
