| Alan Brazil fails a breath test
Former Scottish international footballer and TallkSport morning show host, Alan Brazil, failed a breath test but pleaded not guilty to the subsequent drink drive charge. However, he was convicted of today of a drink driving offence by Sudbury Magistrates court. He has been banned from driving for 20 months, fined £750 and ordered to pay £455 prosecution costs.
