Pretty much you'd expect them to say, but a reply goes a long way.

I'm impressed that it wasn't a cut and paste job and that they took the time to reply but it doesn't really inspire me that they're going to try and change things when they believe there's no issue at present. I commented that I found it embarrassing to hear Follow Follow etc being sang whenever I watch the games on the TV and they completely ignored it.

Ah well.

To be fair (can't believe I'm sticking up for this lot here ) but Rangers are trying to rid themselves of the problem, and Kenny Scotti isn't exactly lieing when he says they are making steps twaords, but it's deep seeded problem, that has long long long roots, that stems from past problems within the club (which are still pretty much present today)and it's not going anywhere anytime soon, no matter what Rangers Football Club do.
Small minority causing problems in manchester, but the problem it stems from is sadly huge.

It'll always be there.

Sadly that's bang on. We can do as much as we can, ejecting folk from games, self policing, putting a ban on songs - But it's impossible to actually stop people from singing the songs unless we don't allow supporters anywhere, because no matter who gets banned from games, there will always be one other wee wank who thinks he's crazy and hard for singing/acting like the do.

After Murray came out in the press and was unequivocal about anyone convicted getting banned for life I thought they'd be keen to show that Rangers are taking the matter in hand and handing out bans as promised. They were meant to make an announcement about the stadium redevelopment in May and I'm not holding my breath on that score either.
