See, on thinking about it in my last example there of the Chelsea team, I'd assume that players who've been resident in the country for five years (for the UK system) and are naturalised would count as non-foreign players. I think in Celtic's case we would get away with Scott McDonald, for example, plus Arsenal's system then of bringing in young talent would result in the 16-year old players being able to play as naturalised English players when they hit 21/22 no problem!
