Fans of Rangers FC and FC Zenit St Petersburg will gather at fan zones in Albert Square, Piccadilly Gardens and Cathedral Gardens, where entertainment will be provided throughout the day and big outdoor screens will show the match in the evening. Thousands more will flock to pubs and clubs that will be screening the match.
| 3 fanzones.
Albert Square near the Town Hall, dedicated to the Rangers fans holds 10,000 people and opens at 9am and you can buy alcohol from 10am.
Cathedral Gardens near the Arndale Shopping Centre is also dedicated to Rangers fans can hold 5,000. Opens at 9am and buy alchol from 11am.
Piccadilly Gardens is dedicated the to Zenit fans and holds 8,000. Although we'll be allowed in it too as most the Zenit fans have tickets for the match. So when they leave for the match i'm sure Rangers fans will take over that fanzone.
Theres gonna be a designated walk route between the fanzones signed in orange.
Fanzones are accessible without tickets.
I cannot fucking wait.
Oh aye, take yer shorts, sunglasses and Rangers top. Its meant to be scorching.

Albert Squares probably the best place to watch it. At least if I was living in Manchester still and wanted to be surrounded by a large number of weegies I'd go there...
