I think a lot of people might not have known where Cove or Spartans were from so I bracketed the place names on all of them.

What's that Spartans? A new stadium, a footballing academy, a youth set-up the local community can be proud of and a catchment area that covers most of Scotland's capital city?

Maybe but the other option was having 9 clubs in the 3rd division which would have been a disaster. Reorganising the league takes time to do. Not something that can be done in the space of a month because a club goes under.
