Re: Today's Football (Round 2)

Aye and that's not looking too good at the moment. We need to win our remaining games to be in with a chance, I reckon we can do it.

Gordon Smith is backtracking today saying McGregor and Ferguson could be called up again. I've no problem with McGregor but Ferguson shouldn't be playing due to his decline in ability anyway.

Heavy back-peddling wasn't he?
That situation's bound to become a right mess sooner or later.

On 5Liver last night they were all but sure that Sentanta was for the off. I see the SPL are trying to pay out cash to the clubs, to fill the whole left by the Sentanta money.

I heard a rumour today that Kilmarnock will be gubbed if this money doesn't come through..

Hun on Hun backpedalling and sweep sweeping aplenty & Kilmarnock nearly going bust.

What a beautiful start to the day.

I said when he was appointed that Gordon Smith wasn't fit for office and since he's been in charge he's done little to prove me wrong.

There's a lot of pessimism about this, but realistically we only need 6 points from the last three games to make the playoffs. Some of the 2nd placed teams have already dropped a lot of points or have exceptionally hard games left - even if it looks like they're ahead of us at this point in time. Even 4 or 5 points could get us there if results go our way (particularly in N. Ireland's group).

big fat jobby on the scotland badge if the 2 v-signers are reinstated despite not even playing regularly for their clubs in the last x amount of months.

Re: Today's Football (Round 2)

Should get past Llanelli no problem but I'm worried about KS Flamurtari just because I've no idea about them. We should have enough for both of those games given we get a new manager in time to prepare properly and bring in a few key players. After that I think we'll be found wanting though against the better sides.
