    Aye.
There are 3 or four seperate issues all being discussed at the same time here and it's clouding everything.
Do it or don't. I've got places to be.

Aye, no chance. The implications of a replay would be ridiculous, every team from that point on would look for one if a bad decision loses them an important game.

Sorry mate, but you're not exactly giving a good account of yourself here.

For the record btw, in regards to the handball, I'd have done it for my country, and so would most folk. Goal shouldn't have stood, but it would be hypocritical to criticise Henry for it. Let's face it, footballers are generally a bunch of cheats.
The only thing that gets me is how Scottish "supporters" show more enthusiasm to a team they have nothing to do with them. I seen more "Mon the Republic" MSN names than "Mon the Scots" when Scotland play. I prefer club football since I find most internationals boring.

Mon the club football this weekend.

so because some people on msn do it that accounts for the majority of rangers/celtic fans?

im a season ticket holder at ibrox and my dad is from northern ireland but have always and always will support scotland (against my better judgement)

back on topic was a shocking call but it works against as well as for you sometimes dont normally watch roi games so ill use the john collins handball on the line against the dutch at euro 96 as an example

The goal is now an diplomatic incident.

Till Wednesday, I thought this was the only goal I'd see scored where the assist was from a hand..

He mentioned an incident about one of the Irish games in the qualifying group

I'm guessing this is what he was talking about

Keane mentioned it in his interview, how the FAI are talking about honesty and fair play, yet never offered to replay that game and now it's come back to haunt them, they are up in arms
