I think I've issed something here but did City sign Lescott and Terry?

| Re: Summer '09 Transfer rumours (and other shite) I'm afraid I am. As Liverpool (4-0) and Barce (6-2) showed last year that defence is there for the taking and they'll need to sign more backtracking players than Albiol to fully remedy that.

| Re: Summer '09 Transfer rumours (and other shite) Salgado - Finnished. Marcelo - Good enough. Garay - Back up. At best. Metzelder - Finnished. Albiol - Good enough. Pepe - Good enough. Hienze - Finnished. Did you ever see him last year?! Torres - Back Up at best.
You forgot Ramos - World Class.

| Re: Summer '09 Transfer rumours (and other shite) A statement on Nancy's official website read: "Unless there is a turnaround in the situation, Marc-Antoine Fortune will soon sign for Celtic. He visited the club's facilities on Monday and could quickly be transferred. He will probably be joined by Landry N'Guemo, who will be the subject of a one-season loan."

Not to mention Casillas behind them. | You obviously don't watch them play very often, because the vast majority of those players are absolutely diabolical. Metzelder? Are you fucking serious? Pepe? You'll be lucky if the guy's fit to play again after his emotional episode last year. Honestly, I don't understand why you feel the need to comment on EVERY football thread, especially about teams you clearly know nothing about. Hienze? Jesus Christ.....

| Re: Summer '09 Transfer rumours (and other shite) Thought i'd stuck Ramos first.
I love how you're the definitive opinion on spanish football. Especially when you've got "if its not barca its shite" attitude.
Stick
Marcelo Albiol Garay Ramos
And you've got a defensive line good enough for competing, if not winning La Liga. You don't change your back line much anyways, and if you they play diarra infront of them, its a pretty solid back four. And also Cassillas behind them. And I was just mentioning all the players they have in defence in the squad. Man city have 6 on last count, hardly comparable.
Debate that cuntchops.
Just so we are clear, i'm not debating they couldn't have a better defensive line, but if they had the back four I mentioned, they should be happy.

I can only assume that you were off cource not meaning to put Marcello and Ramos on the wrong sides, the only one of those I would class as good enough would be Ramos, the rest of them are nowhere near good enough for a team like Real Madrid
