The last couple of games I've seen Hutton he's been labouring a bit. He looked as if he was pulling a tractor against Norway.
I'd have him if we were to lose McGeady , I'd rather we kept McGeady and told Redknapp to fuck off though. | |

I doubt huttons struggling for money, they factors would be if he feels he wants to play in the spl and come to scotland and play for celtic. Celtic could clearly spend 4 million without selling just depends if TM wants him or not. | |

Aye.
Celtic don't need to sell anyone, we're not Rangers.
Hutton's worked hard on his football, you can tell.
I don't see him being happy to sit on the bench at Spurs for a year or two just because he's picking up a good cheque. He'll get similar money elsewhere, perhaps not at Celtic but at the likes of Everton or Villa could easily pay that.

The money they would make wouldn't really be worth the effort I wouldn't think.
What I don't understand is how Celtic with no debt, can be outspent by Arsenal and Man Utd who are 3/400Million pound in debt.
If Celtic spent 400Million on players + Wages, I reckon we'd have a pretty good chance of reaching the later stages of the cl.
It makes no sense and it can't really continue as far as I can see.
