Any word on who's on what side of the split?
This happened to an extent when Strachan came along, I'm fairly certain Sutton wasn't for doing things any different from MON's way.
Supposedly, this is the scoop at Celtic.
- There is a divison, of sorts, in the dressing room. Mowbray and Grant are trying to change the way the players play football, they're trying to change the way they approach the game and as you'd expect some are more forthcoming about the change than others.
- There is an element of the Le Guen/Collins scenario, where some players are sitting back, coming into training and leaving the minutes it's done, showing no willingness to adapt to the change. Letting the manager carry the can.
- However there is a handfull of players, in the starting 11, who are with Mowbray & Grant.
- There is no money for new players in Jan, as it stands. There will have to be outs before there are ins. The "outs", obviously, will be the players who aren't interested in the new way.
- Mowbs and Grant knew there would be very little money to spend when they took the job, however they took it because it's Celtic and it's a good opportunity for them. They have a passion for the club.
I reckon the board are right, it's not going to get better anytime soon.
I think we'll see at least one "big name" make way, to allow us to facilitate incomings.
Do it or don't. I've got places to be.

Supposedly there are all sorts of casuals heading over to Hamburg for this game.
[allegedly] police have been in touch with supporters groups Rangers and Chelsea causals are heading to Hamburg via London, Glasgow and Romania.
And yes, I got this from another forum.
Incase Westy is upto his usual cross-forum hyper internet stalking again.

It wont be as bad as the PLG thing because:
1 - we're top of the league.
2 - its still early days.
3 - we've got no untouchable players.
4 - the board are behind Mowbray 100%

As are the fans, TM will get time, no ages but no manager would. Be will be given a few more tansfer windows so its more his team then he will get judged.
Expect big "outs" before we get big "ins" though.
Do it or don't. I've got places to be.

I'm relieved to see that a Scottish club is finally following the good example set by the likes of the Ajax academy. This summer, in conjunction with St Ninian’s High School in Kirkintilloch, Celtic took on a group of 14 young boys on a full-time basis. A strict regime of training and school-work dominates the week and the Parkhead club hope, further down the line, to reap the harvest of the hard work they are currently sowing.
That this elite group of 14-year-olds will receive around nine training sessions per week – three times that which any other club would give to kids at the same age – is the key to improving players at a vital stage of their physical development.
ONE NATION. MANY CULTURES. ONE BEETLE.
To be fair I'd say only five clubs in Scotland have the facilities to do that and only three could afford it. Can't really have a go at Alloa for not ploughing money into it when any good player they get would be fast tracked to the Old Firm reserves for peanuts anyway
That's fair to say. It's equally fair to say that a scheme like this should have been implemented on these shores years ago.
ONE NATION. MANY CULTURES. ONE BEETLE.
Difficult game for us tomorrow.
Draw.
