unconvincing progress from Round 3 and then thrown to the wolves in round 4. The only way Celtic will get through round 4 is if we draw Panathanaikos or if Stuttgart move up to the seeded teams, and even then it's an ask.

In terms of renevue, I don't really see a big drop coming from competing in the Europa League as compared to the CL.
Especially if we make it through to the CL play off and get put out by a big team.

Isn't TV money ~£2m for Europa groups compared to the £8-10m for the CL group stages? I'm not buying that the difference will be negligible until I see the figures, regardless of who Celtic might be playing in round 4, should they make it.

They can fucking whistle if they think they can charge anything like they do for a CL group stage/last 16 match for a qualifier, no matter who we're playing.
