I thought Newby was an intelligent player. Not much pace, a bit lightweight and useless in the air but pretty much a slower Russel who can finish

I never seen him play, he was out on loan for about 80% of the time he was a Ton player so I'm just glad he's off the books. | |

to be fair if he was out on loan we weren't paying his wages. I think his family had problems settling up here from England as well so was best for him and the club to get him off the wage bill and closer to home
