Who's league is about as good as the SPL.In terms of Scottish Football... it's never gonna be attractive unless football training on a grass roots level is revolutionized. We need to take examples from countries such as the Dutch.

The Dutch league isn't what it used to be. I feel Rangers and Celtic could beat all those 4 teams you mentioned.
And because Holland are a good team it doesn't mean the Dutch league is, as most of Holland's players, play abroad. Or for Real Madrid. They have about 5/6 Dutch players who always play for the national team.
There was a team Dutch teams were feared. Not anymore. Their league has went down the pan. Sure they might wap out decent young players but they all learn to hone their talent outside of Holland, in Spain/England.

Every decent Dutch club is basically the Hibs model: get 3 or 4 years out of the prospects before punting them for a tidy sum. the rest are same as SPL: damaged goods, journeymen and kids.

I wouldn't say AZ are amazing. The reason they are winning the league is because they are a well run club and the traditional "big three" have fucked up. It's like saying if Rangers and Celtic have a howler of a season next year and Dundee United win the league then the SPL has improved because the big two teams have got worse.
Similar calibre.
Get's similar co-efficient as Scottish teams in the CL.
You gotta remember Rab McKinnon is a hero in Holland. It aint much better than our league.
I watch the Dutch League on Setanta occasionally and the standard is awful, no better than your average SPL match.
You also have to look at where the majority of the players in their nationalside play football....it certainly isn't in the dutch leagues.
