With this sort of thing in the news, what do folk think of a potential captain change? Has McManus got what it takes or would we be better off with a new face?

| Re: Celtic Captaincy McManus is fine up to a point, but you want your captain to be someone who'll play every week, and I don't think he's good enough to merit an automatic spot on the team sheet.
Personally, I'd give it to Caldwell. Or possibly Scott Brown if he can keep his discipline under control. |

| Re: Celtic Captaincy This is kind of my thinking, it's really a two horse race between the pair of them. I'd have had Caldwell as captain last year instead of big JVOH too, now I think about it.
Just can't think of any other possibles :/ |

| Re: Celtic Captaincy I dunno tbh.
I doesn't really make that much difference as far as I'm concerned. McManus is fine, Caldwell even McDonald..

| Re: Celtic Captaincy you would only know who would make a good captain if you were a first team player, has to be someone everyone respects and gets on with. |

| Re: Celtic Captaincy I'm judging from what games I've watched, but Caldwell always looks to be the one who takes things by the scriff of the neck and organises.... I can't say i think McManus has ever been good at that. side point, anyone know how to watch the friendly in australia on t'internet? |
