Anyway, my thoughts on the game are pretty much the same as everyone else's.
Beaten by the superior team over two legs, no shame in that.
We probably could have asserted ourselves more last night but Arsenal were defending really well.

When you've got a 2 goal advantage and you're playing at home and you're Arsenal, there really is no need to cheat.

aye, no shame in losing to a team like arsenal, but it hurts that we lost to a deflection and an own goal in the first leg, and then a dive for the penalty that killed the tie off completely in the second leg. I'd feel a lot less aggrieved if we had lost goals created by the flowing passing moves arsenal are known for, or if eduardo hadn't blatantly cheated, but that's fitba!

I cringed when I heard that on the radio this morning.
The guy's a fuckin spastic, he should be keeping a "dignified silence" he's the head of the SFA for fuck sake. He needs to pick his battles and be above this, or at least wait until he's asked.

Just found out - The ref from last night's game was the same ref from the Scotland Italy game.

Maybe UEFA should take a look at the Ref's they give big games to and the errors they have made in them and start demoting/promoting them given their performance.

Aye the draw around noon tomorrow is for 48 teams going into 12 groups of 4.

Top two winners from each of those groups join the 8 runners up in the CL league and go into another draw (18th December) for a round of 32 (18th/25th Feb) then a round of 16 (11th/18th March) then the quarters (1st/8th April) etc etc
