QM Helper 07 Application Forms OUT NOW.

Hey guys,

Its that time of the year, when the QM asks for its members to do their part in ensuring a prosperous future for their union... and do a load of cool shit in the process.
Helper Application Forms are now ready and waiting to be picked up from Reception.
Anyone who has picked one up, has to hand in their completed forms (with photo) to Reception or the General Office by 6pm, Friday 2nd March.

Can you download them off the net? that would be cool, I believe I planned to do that last year, but it never happened for some reason...

If you make sure that the forms are under 100Kb and in Word Document/PDF/Text File/Zip format, then you can even make them available for download from this very forum.

The form comes to about four pages, so I imagine it could be put on the forum as a .pdf. What surprises me is how little it has changed in the last six years.
