| Forza Motorsport 2 Looking forward to this game. Downloaded the demo today and just trying to get into it now. Massive fan of PGR3, which seems to have vastly different handling cars, so it's taking a while to get used to. I must say...i'm not very over awed by the graphics. Been reading about how they're better than PGR3 but tbh i can't see much of a difference.
UK release is 9th of June (i think)
Anyone else fancy this one? http://forzamotorsport.net/ |

| Re: Forza Motorsport 2 I quite enjoyed the demo, i never really got into PGR3 i got my 360 quite a bit after it had came out. I did give it a play for a couple iof weeks and enjoyed it though. Forza 2 i think will rack up some good reviews.

| Re: Forza Motorsport 2 From a quick race this morning, I can’t see it replacing PGR3 in my affections. Handles more realistically, for sure, but there’s little panache to the game. PGR3 has style, this doesn’t. Feels solid but bland.

| Re: Forza Motorsport 2 To be honest there wasen't much in the demo. Remember forza offers total customizable cars ad stuff so theres still alot of the game you don't see in the demo. Will judge it when i have a full copy.

| Re: Forza Motorsport 2 The R2 cars feel fast as feck...but the others aren't so tuned. Feels weird if you're used to PGR3 but it's more realistic i reckon. |

| Re: Forza Motorsport 2 I think that's why I didn't really like it, too much of a realistic feel which isn't really my thing. What's your take on the graphics, I know some folk feel a bit disappointed in them. |

| Re: Forza Motorsport 2 Downloaded both Forza 2 and Dirt but Dirt for me looks much better. I know there completely different games but I have PGR3 and that I believe looks and plays much better than Forza 2. |

It is however noticeably smoother running at 60fps compared to PGRs 30. Quote:

I downloaded the Dirt demo and thought it was horrible (though i quite enjoyed the buggy races)
I do really like the idea of a extremely realistic driving simulator, maybe that's why Dirt aint my bag. I think Forza 2 is the closest i'm gonna find right now. |

| Re: Forza Motorsport 2 Did you get this already?! Think my copy is arriving tomorrow.
I've seen a few of the manga style ones on a couple of websites. Seems the paint editor is pretty deep. Hah, apparently people are getting their xbox live accounts banned if they race/sell cars with 'inappropriate' graphics. |

| Re: Forza Motorsport 2 I picked this up today for a tenner, just because I found out that both mine and Jen’s cars are in there and I thought it’d be fun to race ’em. Luckily, Jen’s Mini is available from the start of the game (and it only took five minutes to match her paint colour and draw the bonnet stripes). Wonder how much of the Championship mode I’m gonna have to play before I can unlock my Porsche?
