Gaming News Xbox 360 Price Cuts
As of Friday, RRP for the three 360 models is being slashed, making it cheaper then the PS3, or in the case of the Arcade, the Wii.

Xbox 360 Arcade £199->£149
Xbox 360 Premium £249->£199
Xbox 360 Elite £299->£259

Arcade doesn't come with a Hard Drive IIRC, and the Elite has a much bigger one, as well as a year's xbox live membership. Maybe something else.

The Elite is black and has HDMI output (and the bigger harddrive).
The mid-range one has a 20Gb harddrive.
The arcade has no harddrive but comes with 5 arcade games on a memory card.
