Heh. Within hours of GTAIV's launch and Jack Thompson is already crusading against it: Quote:

The 'vaccine' that must be administered by the United States government to deal with this virtual virus of violence and sexual depravity is criminal prosecutions of those who have conspired to do this. If you doubt me, look at the aforementioned streaming audio/video. It will make you sick."

I love Game. Didn't have a pre-order, but they let me buy one as I had a loyalty card. Plus they game me the pre-order bonus Xbox Live points and gamerpics anyway. Good times

Another (possibly minor?) problem has cropped up in the PS3 version of GTA IV. It seems that the game is failing to connect to the internet properly. http://www.computerandvideogames.com....php?id=187968

How do you whistle down a taxi? I've got the ps3 version went on a couple of dates with Michelle in it then a killing spree but have yet to figure out how to call a taxi. Needed to do it when i got hammered on one of the dates but ended up stealing a taxi instead.

On the 360 its the left bumper so am guessing it might be L1 on the ps3.

Gamestation on Sauchiehall Street still had some copies left today for PS3 but they are Charging £60 quid for it cause they will only sell ya it with the strategy gig!!! Rip off much, fuck that!! | |

they are calling it a 'bundle' basically a way of saying haha u have to pay £15 extra just cause we have it and we will throw in a pishy book thats a tener in zavvi. Guy at the counter said you could only buy it on its own for £45 if it was a pre order (which they stopped taking a motnh ago) | |
