| Re: Rock Band 360 Gets European Release Date If I can get this for £140 on Play, then it may just about be worth it for the amount of time I will spend playing it. Just a little dissapointing that we get screwed once again on price, but there really isnt much we can do about it
Also, i thought the PS2 Version of this got canned?

Might as well just wait for Guitar Hero: Aerosmith...the guitar isn't that challenging in Rock Band (and I actually dislike the guitar flat-out). Finally picked up Rock Band for the house and me n the roommate are fighting over who gets to play drums. |

| Re: Rock Band 360 Gets European Release Date On a comparison...
Hard on Rock Band = Medium on GH3
Expert on Rock Band = Hard on GH3
Definitely the most fun I've had with the game has been the drums - either solo or with a group. The guitar's just no challenging enough (besides, GH guitars are compatible with RB - except for the Les Paul on PS3 - so you could nab game + drums and use existing guitars) |

| Re: Rock Band 360 Gets European Release Date O RLY.
I never realised I could use my GH guitars. I though the layout and buttons were completly different. Cheers for that.

| Re: Rock Band 360 Gets European Release Date No - the Fender that is bundled with Rock Band features the same coloured 5-button layout, plectrum bar, and tremolo as GH3. The only differences are additional functionality pieces - a second set of 5-buttons around the 12th fret that become active during solos. During solos you can use these buttons without strumming each note, allowing for two-handed tapping solos for extreme nerdiness.
Also the Fender includes the traditional 5-way switch, which allows you to switch between a variety of Boss pedal effects - a neat effect which adds no additional points to your game.
I'll say it again but bigger here for people that missed it the first time Guitar Hero guitars asides from the PS3 one are compatible with Rock Band |
