(NASDAQ:THQI) today announced that Warhammer® 40,000™: Dawn of War® II, the highly anticipated sequel from one of the industry’s premiere Real-Time Strategy (RTS) developers, Relic Entertainment, is scheduled to bring the 41st Millennium’s savage warfare to life like never before in spring 2009. looking albeit far, far forward to this. DoW : Dark Crusade has been the only RTS game i've ever completed. still a long way to go tho till its release

The graphics on those photos are jaw droppingly good.

I did a review of the original release, it's still around here somewhere. Amazingly good game, and the expansions have gotten better with each release. Dark Crusade was very good indeed, although I have to admit I haven't touched Soulstorm yet.

I haven't touched Soulstorm either. I reckon I'm not going to bother. I have plenty to play through, so by the time I finish, this'll be released.

Can't wait for this one.

Can't wait for this, jsut recently picked up the Dawn of War Anthology (£10 in zavvi) Which has main game and first two expansions. Also picked up Soulstorm and it's a nice addition though still more or less the same game with a few nice tweaks.
