There is a fair bit of dross this month, with the usual selection of DS and Wii games which you'll never hear of again. I've highlighted the big releases and I would take a wild stab at MGS4 dominating the gaming press this month, with a decent bit of attention for Lego Indy.

SSBB will likely get a bit of press as the month goes on as well, it's definitely one of the Wii's major releases this year.

Not really. Most the European game sites have already reviwed it. Probably be a bit about it in the print media.

In America, yes (on the 8th, not the 13th), in Europe, it's not out until August.
