Left 4 Dead is one of the best games I've ever played.
Very simple but very very effective and magical to play.

The first one was good but had soo much missed potential, its why i think valve are releasing 2 so soon, cos the versus and survival modes pretty much flopped
although its a decent trailer, i dont think it looks as good as the first, the melee focus will remove the whole running backwards shooting in a panic atmosphere that made the first one so good, also the whole flaming bullets and fire retarded zombies thing? no ta
nah, first one was good cos it was quite "real" its getting far fetched now with hitting zombies with frying pans

The first one was excellent but they need to add something to make you keep coming back in the second. Something like the COD4 unlockables as you gain more experience would be a good start. | |

There's no longevity in Left 4 Dead, they should've stuck to the original plan of continually adding to the first game rather than pissing off its fanbase by going for the sequel so soon.
Bringing out the game around the same time as the new COD isn't the best move either. | |

I dont think they had anyway of winning with the fans. keep bring out more dlc and you know that they would go up in arms about "it should have just been part of the game" even tho the last one was free. at least with L4D2 (sounds like a reject robot from star wars) from what i have read they have watched wat players did in the first one and improved on it. if they make good on thier promises it should be a pretty decent follow on

I like the look of it. Incindiary ammo looks great fun.
Is it just me though, or does the axe do more damage than the guns? 
And the guns just dont seem to have as much "spread" as the ones in the original...
Still looks like the usual, fun, "spray and pray" L4D
