Totally. I've never played a game which (a) is this beautiful and (b) makes you feel like such a goddamn hero.

Also, a word of advice for anyone who can play guitar who thinks this game will be a walkover: Don't try 'Cowboys from Hell' by Pantera on hard on your first go. You will look like a dick.

I'm playing a LOT of Morrowind these days, preparation for Oblivion. Today I must have spent an hour browsing through books in a bookstore, reading up on the lore of the games. It's pretty immersive when you give it a chance. I've played through it a couple of times already though, so I'm trying to find sub-plots I havent seen yet.

Now attempting Kingdom Hearts but not sure if I like it. Also have started Fable

So that was what that tard in Lost in Translation was playing in the arcade scene?

Not really....there's a bemani game (ooh, found a link to it - GuitarFreaks - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bemani#..._.26_DrumMania )played with guitars that you can find in American and Japanese arcades, there's also the recently released Guitar Hero (which uses that guitar above as a control scheme)

The bemani version, iirc, has 3 buttons, tremolo bar, "pick", whereas the Guitar Hero version has 5 fret buttons, tremolo bar, "pick", and senses when you point the neck straight up in a power-move. (And I'm eagerly awaiting UPS next week since we just ordered two controllers and the game)

Just found out that Guitar Hero is getting a UK release April 7th so if you want it I would pre-order now 'cause these babies are gonna go like hotcakes.

Just finished playing Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy. Finished with both Sith and Jedi endings. looking for a new challenge now, any ideas?

Don't even get me started. Having one-and-a-half jobs means more money and less free time, which means more crap bought and less time to play/listen/watch it. Right now sitting collecting dust in my house:

What I am ACTUALLY playing right now is Starfury, its kinda retro and geeky but its awesome fun.
