You heard bad things about it BECAUSE ITS CRAP. I loved DD, and hated BD. Dont do it, its not worth it.

I'd stuck a grand of new parts into a shopping window the other day before accepting that the DX10 cards are really worth waiting for, so I'm also putting the pennies in the bank until 07 for a major upgrade.

Downloaded Prey. Been playing it for a few hours now and it's already getting a bit repetative. Still quite fun though. Wouldn't have bought it now that I know what it's like. Think the HL2:EP2 mod, Portal looks amazing. Seems to be making proper use of the concept.

I've been soooo tempted to upgrade ma PC but it is a lot better to wait for DX10 and Vista to come out. Plus the X-Fi sound cards with XRAM to come down in price. Oh, and those dedicated physics cards too.

I know, Im gonna wait until the 8000 series Gforces come out before i think about a new graphics card, In the mean time, I'll make do and hope that i can still play the pretty recent games with some quality.

so I just got the new Death Jr. 2 game and it's awesome

i don't know if anyone in here played the first one, but the graphics this time around are way better, there's a new multi-player mode which is always fun, and the storyline is definitely more complex and interesting. i would recommend it to any PSP players out there to try-

check out the trailer and see for yourself

i'm playing pirates of the caribbean: the legend of jack sparrow on the PS2. it's a pretty simple game, but i'm really enjoying it, cos i'm really not that good at computer games anyway.

I'm the exact same, christmas and birthday money are going towards a lovely new 64 bit dual core cpu and some fast as fuck ram. Then I can think about a DX10 card, which might not be for a while, given the shitty Somerfield pay

I'm playing some Dawn Of War just now, might pick up the new expansion while I'm in town today. On the other hand there's just 3 days or so before the new Total War title is out, so I may just wait for that. Should be good, although I have some significant reservations about whether it can be better than Rome was...

Right, picked up the Dawn of War expansion today. I'm going to give this a whirl and probably review it for the mag. when I've seen enough to know. It looks promising, the broader single player campaign it's boasting is all I really wanted post Winter Assault.
