Final Fantasy XII and Final Fantasy V.
The storyline for XII is such a huge diversion from every other FF game in the series that it's immensely satisfying so far. Political intrigue, backstabbing, scenes reminiscent of Star Wars Episode IV (the first time they board a ship it's like Luke seeing the Millenium Falcon for the first time..right down to some eerily familiar lines)
Between those two (FFXII at home, FFV at the pub/lunch) and Guitar Hero 2 I'm pretty full on gaming - and of course minding my leatherworking drone in WoW to keep the cash coming in for my next character in the guild (Mon the Burning Crusade!) | |

Alternating between BF2/BF2142 and Ceasar IV - its okay but its buggy at the trade routes, fixed the buggy part but Im getting a bit bored now tbh.

Finished Need For Speed Carbon career mode on PC. Rubbish game imo; too easy, crap storyline (if existant), strange car physics, and glitches in the whole 'reward card' thing (ie. the fact that you have to restart career mode from scratch in order to achieve $1,000,000)
Just got an xbox 360 yesterday so started to play PGR3 and Rainbow Six: Vegas...so far enjoying both | |

Finally papped in Marvel: Ultimate Alliance for the PS2, over a week after buying it. The intro had me in utter fucking stitches, and after the first wee tutorial mission "Get to the bridge" i'm hooked. This is my kind of game.

It's all about the side rolling, stand in front of the door and fire a few shots to get his attention, when he's nearly at you side roll at the last minute. | |

I relised that with first door then went into the next room with a door and didn't realise that it was a door and got the crap kicked out of me when I was desperately looking for a way out. I am going to go and beat Act 1 later on.
I'm enjoying Gears a hell of a lot more then I was at first though. The cut scene before they go into the Tomb is amazing. The first time you use the Lasher's chain saw attack is pretty amazing as well.
