the us/ntsc ones dont seem to be that hard to get hold of,
www.gamedude.com has a few in stock for $16 (about 9 quid), and apparently the 32x isnt region based, its the mega drive / genesis itself, so if you had a us genesis you could play it...
(cost a hell of a lot less im thinking than buying a pal primal rage)
