Gizmondo - First Impressions

What do you think of this handheld device?, critics call it an xbox in the palm of your hands.

I have been impressed with its graphics but I dont see one gem of a game to be released for it at the moment, Tiger and Bungie were in talks of bringing Halo to the console but I havent heard anything about it.

I "heard" it is also a phone, it also has GPS, SMS and Bluetooth, if the games improved I could well be my next phone.

Do you think of the Gizmondo?, do u think it would worry Sony and Nintendo?

Is that the thing that runs from a windows based os? (or am I talking rubbish?)

Windows CE apparantly, like the Dreamcast
