Bf2

I legally own the game so what im asking for is not illegal if you own the game. I cant find my cd (well its a dvd rom) and know most games have a no-cd patch for them. anyone know of a good place to get this. as i could easily download some crap one that wouldn't allow my game to launch.

Generally you get the 'good' ones if you download a piratecopy, so a pirate/cracker bbs would be a good place to look, given they make them, ofcourse these places are somewhat hard to find and wander into.

I may have found one, although it would help if i knew what bf2 was...

I probably should have made clear thats ALL the bf2 files i found, only a few of them will be the NOCD patches, avoid any ones smaller than at least a few MB, they have a higher than average chance of being shite/trojans

Im also assuming you know how to use Bittorrent and such, im afraid i cant help much with that but if you need a hand ask Monlith

try www.megagames.com they are a well known legal site giving out no cd patches.

I hate the fucking NOCD patches where you have to mount it onto a virtual drive . Just gei's the .exe you pricks!
Anyway, I found one by googleing for a while, can't remember where. But I like to have all my games patched, hate having to find the cd/dvd evertime I want to play the thing (one of the reasons I'm tahnkfull for steam...maybe the only reason )

I don't know for sure, but I suspect no-CD patches that affect the .exe file will probably make punkbuster think you're cheating and get you banned.
