| Unholy Terror Stalks Woodlands (Freak Garden) Woodlands has a long history of unusual art, sculpture & statues (most famous being Lobey Dosser of only two-legged equestrian statue in the world fame)
buttoday Shannow made the spot of a lifetime and discovered the creepiest, freakiest tree-troll-goblin.
Pics were taken but anyone with more info on who, where, what and when it appeared would be nice - if only to fight off the nightmare FEAR

But I'm pretty sure there'll be some info on those statues at http://www.glasgowsculpture.com/. |

| Re: Woodlands Freak Garden this one isn't a statue as such though, it just seems to be plaster on a wire frame and will probably die after a few big rainfalls - definitely not permanent art and probably not sponsored/endorsed by whoever owns the ground or the council or anyone.
It's chewing gum hearts times a thousand.
I should really post up pics of the "stupid advert" bus shelter letter from the other week... |

| Re: Woodlands Freak Garden Ohh!
Then I might know someone who will know about it.
There are two girls travelling around Scotland making pieces of art like that for public places that will dissapear with rain and the weather.
I'll fire off an e-mail to the one I was talking to before when I wake up later and see if it has anything to do with them. If not, I'm sure they'd know who it was since they both seem quite well connected in that kinda thing. |
