Lead will be a piece of piss. Mercury, I'm just going to buy a thermometer and smash it. Can you store mercury in plastic, do you know? I can't think of any reason why not, just wanting to make sure.
I've ordered a pure oxygen canister from one of these barmy health sites. |

| Re: Building my own... The golden domes in the Kremlin had their gold affixed by a techique involving mercury I gather. Hunners of folk went mental in process, though how they noticed given the ever-present quantities of Russia's most plentiful element, Vo, I'm not sure.

P.s. I know a guy in the RAF that could possibly liberate a 20mm depleted uranium shell for you. |

I just bought some magnesium off e-bay. | You can just make some of the others from play dough.

Francium isn't stable enough to exist for more than a few hours, if I remember correctly. Plus it would be water you would want it to react with.

Francium is only created a few atoms at a time and it has a half life of minutes so I dare say such a video doesn't exist. The reaction would likely be unspectacular anyway (unless you had MASSES of the stuff), for reasons explained in the link I posted above. |

I've ordered a pure oxygen canister from one of these barmy health sites. | Stealing from work is one of the most natural things in the western world. |

| Re: Building my own... Tied a ribbon of magnesium around the middle of an empty beer tin and left it on the embers of our campfire last night. It turned the beer tin (other than about an inch at the top and an inch at the bottom) into something resembling the thin, powdery ash that's left when you burn some paper.
It was coooooooool. |
