I'm actually a little bit uncomfortable watching this. Even if it's assumed that it's self-inflicted (and that is, ultimately, an assumption) filming folk in distress in a first aid tent seems to cross a line.
primarily i'd say that that's because having worked in venues you try and give casualties privacy, and that's emphasised by the first aiders and medics that you work with. consenting to being filmed as part of the event as an entry condition, or choosing to be under the influence in a public place where you can be seen by anyone is one thing, but it's the fact that it's the first aid tent that seems a little off, and i don't see any indication that either of the subjects of the video had consented to being put on youtube.
an eye opener certainly if you've never seen that sort of thing before, and a laugh if you'd recognise yourself or your friends having been in such states, but still...i'm a wee spoilsport today
