| Re: Feet, Pain, Help why not get a smart all black pair of trainers? they dont need to be fancy dan ones or really expensive but I'd imagine theyd be more breathable and comfortable than actual shoes!? or would you get moaned at for doing that?
i got all black smartish looking skechers in my old work and it was uber comfy for 11 hour shifts on the stand and such -also liked it cos it meant my nicer girly smart shoes wouldnt get wrecked wearing them to work.

| Re: Feet, Pain, Help are they loafers or lacey up ones?
id try the stretching them thing mean time then.
hair dryers work as well at the kettle thing does and stuffing them with newspaper etc and sitting them under a radiator works too!
apparently so does filling freezer bags with water and putting them inside the shoe then sticking them in the freezer never really tried that one though to be honest

| Re: Feet, Pain, Help Alright. Yesterday I stuffed the ol' shoes fill with newspaper and left them on the heater. Sides of my feet never hurt at all but the back still did a bit. I reckon a new set of insoles will sort that out tho'.
