| refunding ebay P&P charges
i have someone on ebay wanting to return something. she is adament i am wrong about the size, which im not, but i dont want a negative feedback so im just going to let her return them. do i have to give her back the P&P she paid? i charged her £5 P&P and it cost me £4.20 for postage alone. ill end up out of pocket if i refund it.
i know alot of people say you will be refunded minus P&P but this woman is threatening to open a dispute if i dont refund her. can she open one if i dont give her the P&P charges?

haha, well thats what i would like to do but its on my mums account and she has 100% positive. this woman is threatening to give a negative feedback and start a dispute. shes a moany cow. there were measurements in centimetres on the auction and i gave her a link to a sive conversion chart that i used and shes trying to tell me the shoes i sent are an american size which they arent. i think her husband (who they were for) just has fat feet.
SO should i not refund P&P?

If she files a complaint and it's shown that you provided adequate information, even if she does leave negative feedback ebay will remove it. She's being a total fud. | |

you can leave her one too. y'know either way they will get removed anyway.
Don't give in to these fuds.
Some woman sold me fake goods and i complained and got my money back. I didnt leave her a neg as i didnt want one myself but folk at ebay told me to just do it so folk like her dont get away with it.

In a house I used to live in we had a room for rent and i put out an ad in gumtree. Some guy was going to come round but i ended up being in hospital and was out when he came round.

the fucking bitch has put in a paypal dispute, so ive cleared out my paypal account and she can bugger off. shes already been offered her money back, but put in the dispute anyway. i hate people
